New Delhi: A pretend name centre that duped round 70 folks on the pretext of offering jobs in gulf nations has been busted, Delhi Police mentioned on Thursday. Six folks have been arrested from the Vishwas Nagar.
Police recognized the accused as Ankit Gupta, Navneet Jain, Vijay Kumar, Mashroof and two ladies.DCP (Shahdara) R Sathiyasundaram mentioned Gupta attracted targets by posting ads on social media platforms. “Job seekers would call on the advertised phone number and would be told to send their documents online.”
The criminals would then ship pretend job provide letters to the victims. “They also gave them fake visas for gulf countries and charged Rs 15,000 to 20,000 per visa,” mentioned a police officer.
