Leo Terrell applauds Morgan Freeman’s opposition to defund the police movement

Fox News contributor Leo Terrell applauded Morgan Freeman on “Fox & Friends Weekend” Sunday for his opposition to the defund the police movement, arguing legislation enforcement is sweet for all communities to guarantee public security. Terrell continued by saying the Black neighborhood loves the police, however predicted Freeman would expertise pushback from the Hollywood elite over his remarks.

LEO TERRELL: Well, you recognize, I hope he has loads of job safety and monetary stability as a result of he is going to be attacked by Cori Bush and the left… What bothers me is that individuals assume that Black folks assume the similar manner. They assume that all of us hate the police and that police officers are unhealthy for the neighborhood. It’s the opposite. Democratic cities, folks of colour, of all colour, they need the police. Morgan Freeman is in that Hollywood elite, so he is going to get some blowback. I applaud him for talking out as a result of it shatters this ridiculous idea that we expect alike; all of us hate the police. We do not hate the police. We love the police as a result of 98% of them, possibly 99%, they shield us. Twenty-four seven, once we’re asleep at evening, they’re on the market defending us.
