Ontario’s police watchdog investigating 2 fatal incidents in Toronto

Ontario’s police watchdog says it’s investigating two fatal incidents in Toronto this weekend.

The first incident passed off at a house on Castledene Crescent in Scarborough, close to Pharmacy Avenue and Huntingwood Drive. Toronto police officers had been known as to the residence shortly earlier than 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) mentioned the decision was for an unknown bother. A police negotiator then made contact with a 41-year-old man, the SIU mentioned, and in the course of the negotiation he sustained a severe harm.
