Vanderhoof: Man who fired shots near Royal Canadian Mounted Police in British Columbia is in custody

Police instructed folks to shelter in place, lock their doorways and chorus from leaving their enterprise or house, in accordance with the RCMP, after studies at 12:26 PT of an energetic shooter driving a Ford pickup.
